We send out most of our parcels with Royal Mail Delivery. If available tracking information can be found on the order email sent to you or log into your control panel here to access more order & tracking information

Delivery Schedule

We will endeavour to send out your order within 72 hours. 95% of our products are held in stock either by ourselves or by our UK importers. We aim for delivery to you within 3-7 working days. In most circumstances orders received before 3.30 pm will be sent out the same day, orders received after this time will be sent the next working day.All items by default no matter how small will be sent Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery as such are fully insured for loss or damage.

If the next day delivery option is selected (Royal Mail Special Delivery), providing the order is made before 3.30pm the item(s) in most cases will be sent out on the day of the order. For orders made on Fridays we are now unable to guarantee delivery for the following Saturday however in most cases the item(s) will be delivered.

Our basic delivery charge is £1.99 (within the UK) for items weighing under 100g (for full list of charges see below), you can opt for next day delivery for extra cost. This covers England, Wales, Scotland and Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands. Please note for remote areas next day delivery cannot be guaranteed, for more information see Royal MailTerms & Conditions. If recorded delivery is declined the item will not be insured & as such we offer no compensation or remuneration should the item be lost or damaged in the post.

Overseas Delivery

For delivery outside the UK all orders will be sent via international registered mail. For lost international orders we will endeavour to claim compensation directly from Royal Mail, they deem an item to be lost after 25 days have passed, for deliveries within the UK 15 days must pass before an item is considered lost. Replacement items for international orders will only be sent once we have received compensation from Royal Mail, this may take as long as three months. Lost orders are rare, only two international orders we shipped have been lost in the last three years. In most cases for lost orders within the UK we will endevour to send a replacement once the 15 days has passed & Royal Mail has deemed the item lost. International orders are usually delivered within 10 working days.

Some of our larger items are not held in stock (electric window kits, designer central locking kits etc) and are sent out directly from a holding warehouse. Items sent from our warehouse are sent via couriers which unfortunately charge different rates for some parts of the UK. Delivery charge to the Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands will be charged a flat rate of £30, if in doubt please contact the office.If paying via a cheque please allow a minimum of six days of receipt of payment before we despatch goods, if extra payment is made for next day delivery this method of shipment will be used once the cheque has cleared.
